Ultrasonography Services:

Initiated in 1992.

The department offers comprehensive range of services including routine ultrasound examinations, obstretic and gynecological imaging, neonatal imaging  , Doppler studies , emergency services , USG guided FNAC , USG guided biopsy procedure , ascetic /pleural tapping , abscess drainage  , pigtail catheterization etc.

- X-ray and Radiographic Procedures

 Conducted since to 1992.

Radiographic procedures like HSG , RGU , MCU , Barium Swallow , Barium meal ,Fistulography   etc are done routinely  .

- CT-Scan:

  First CT-scan machine installed in 2001.

  High-end Siemens 128-slice CT-scan machine operational since 2012 .

  Services like contrast studies including brain and peripheral angiography , CT guided biopsy , CT guided pig catheterization are provided to patients

- MRI Services:

Began in 2008 with 0.3 T MRI .

High end AI powered Siemens 3T MRI machine is operational since 2024 . With advanced machine  department provide best quality imaging including Brain imaging , spine imaging , Musculoskeletal imaging , MRCP , cardiac imaging , intra uterine fetal imaging etc .

PG Course

- Current Status: PG course available with annual intake  of  5  post graduate students for MD Radiodiagnosis .
